Goals of the project were to create an urban landmark and establish a relationship with the new high rises being built along the same street. It was important to maintain the low street-front walls on the north and south sides of Twarda Street, which lead into Plac Grzybowski and interconnect with the historical buildings and also to establish a connection through the site from Twarda Street to exhibit the historical Jewish Theater, the Nozykow Synagogue and the Jewish Society Building.

Smart building systems installed in the units help save energy as they act as active/passive functions.
The ground floor of the building is fully developed and the patio overlooking Grzybowski Square features several culinary concepts. The 42nd floor is a venue for prestigious art events: concerts, exhibitions and meetings with prominent artists
No significant sustainable strategies ended up being implemented in the final constructed building as there were not any requirements from the Client to emphasize this aspect of the design, however we end up having the bike racks in the basement, operable windows, “smart” cooling/heating systems, “smart” lighting to common spaces, green roofs on podium and JCC
Digital home management systems allows residents to control air-conditioning, lighting, shutters on one keypad. The HMS saves user's settings and automatically activate it for specific times of the day and night (ex. turn on the underfloor heating in the bathroom and pick up the blinds in the morning). This system greatly reduces energy usage.
