The screens and faucet/mirror allowed for spaces to be used more efficiently ultimately contributing to smaller homes to be more appealing leading to energy savings!
The Paige Collection was initially created for a client as part of a renovation project where space was at a premium and flexibility paramount. By separating the dining area from the living room where large windows face a busy street, the Paige Screen 1 allows for private dining when desired, yet swivels open for parties. The Paige Mirror/Faucet with its double sided mirror and individually controlled spouts spans a his and hers sink, effectively doubling the size of this sometimes contentiously shared space and bringing harmony to hurried mornings. The Paige Screen 2, developed for the same client's second home in response to another privacy issue (where a shallow entry hall allowed a view from the front door to the living room), was designed to swivel around the horizontal axis to allow furniture to be moved in and out of the house. All fixtures in the Paige Collection are fabricated of 2" x .25 stainless steel square tubing with custom designed clips, escutcheon plates, bearing assemblies, and other hardware. The square shape of the openings for the glass or mirror gives a sense of continuity and calmness and can be scaled up or down to suit new applications.
